Information Technology Project Manager

About the role

The Information Technology Project Manager will lead the delivery of banking technology projects focused on cards and payments. You will coordinate business, technology, vendor and delivery teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of cards and payments technology projects from initiation to closure.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, resources and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with business, application, infrastructure, security, operations, vendors and payment ecosystem partners.
• Drive requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, production rollout and post‑implementation support.
• Oversee projects involving payment processing, tokenization, digital wallets, POS and soft‑POS deployments.
• Ensure system integration testing, UAT, certification, security validation and production readiness.
• Prepare project status reports and updates for steering committees.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in IT project management within banking or financial services.
• Deep knowledge of cards and payments ecosystems (debit, credit, prepaid, tokenization, digital wallets, POS/soft‑POS).
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑vendor projects and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of payment transaction flows, authorization, clearing, settlement and reconciliation.
