In‑Store Trainer – Boutique (Doha)

About the role

The In‑Store Trainer works on the boutique floor in Doha, supporting the sales team by identifying knowledge gaps, delivering coaching, and ensuring new hires are fully onboarded on Dior’s platforms and brand culture.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the monthly “Diorly” briefing calendar in partnership with boutique managers.
• Observe sales associates, provide on‑spot feedback and coaching based on KPIs, NPS and CX reports.
• Lead the onboarding program for 100 % of new boutique staff, covering all Dior apps and retail platforms.
• Deliver the Brand Culture program to new joiners within two months or the probation period.
• Monitor training outcomes through tests, questionnaires and performance results.
• Collaborate with regional training specialists and propose innovative training solutions.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service, preferably luxury retail.
• Strong understanding of training and development activities.
• Ability to identify and meet internal and external client needs with passion and energy.
• Proficiency with standard computer software.
