About the role

Seagull HR is seeking an experienced Insulation Foreman to lead insulation works on construction projects in Doha. The role involves supervising installation activities, coordinating crews, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and direct insulation workers on site.
• Coordinate daily installation tasks to meet project timelines.
• Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
• Report progress and any issues to project management.
• Maintain site documentation and material inventories.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant insulation experience.
• Previous experience as an insulation foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of insulation installation techniques and safety protocols.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Readiness for immediate mobilization.
