Interior Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Interior Designer to develop functional, visually engaging, and high‑quality interior spaces for a variety of projects. The successful candidate will translate client requirements into compelling design concepts while managing technical documentation and project coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts based on client requirements, project briefs, and budgets.
• Prepare space plans, mood boards, material selections, presentations, and detailed design proposals.
• Produce technical drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
• Select furniture, finishes, lighting, fabrics, fixtures, and accessories.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Review shop drawings, samples, and material submissions.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with approved designs.
• Resolve design and site‑related issues promptly.
• Ensure projects are completed according to the approved design, budget, and timeline.
• Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, products, and technical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional interior design experience.
• Strong portfolio covering residential, commercial, hospitality, or office projects.
• Familiarity with GCC project environments is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Knowledge of Revit (advantage).
• Experience with 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, V‑Ray, or other visualization software.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and space planning.
• Ability to prepare and interpret technical and construction drawings.
