IT Analyst & Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

The IT Analyst & Quality Assurance Specialist will join the IT team to analyse business requirements, document processes and ensure that solutions are delivered with high quality. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, supporting implementation, testing and security compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document functional and non‑functional requirements, creating BRD, FRD, SRS and user stories.
• Map As‑Is and To‑Be processes, produce workflows, SOPs and knowledge‑base documentation.
• Support system enhancements, perform impact analysis and assist with programming, scripting and configuration.
• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defining scope, test plans and entry/exit criteria.
• Design test cases, manage defects, conduct regression testing and ensure release readiness.
• Verify that applications comply with information security policies and support implementation of security controls.
• Coordinate with vendors for incidents, upgrades and performance monitoring.
• Facilitate communication between business users, IT teams, project managers and external partners.
