IT Manager

About the role

We are looking for an IT Manager to lead technology planning, implementation and maintenance for our property in Doha. The role supports the hospitality operations by ensuring reliable IT infrastructure, managing vendor relationships and supervising technical staff.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and oversee the deployment of property‑wide hardware, software and network solutions.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems, perform regular backup and recovery tasks, and ensure network availability.
• Manage IT inventory, email services and internet connectivity, including cable management.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot application and hardware issues, and communicate system updates to users.
• Coordinate with vendors, owners and executive staff to align technology initiatives with business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3‑5 years of experience in an IT management or similar role.
• Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
