IT Project Manager (Finance Background - Arabic Speaker)

About the role

The IT Project Manager will lead the delivery of finance‑focused IT projects, ensuring they meet business needs, budget, timeline and quality standards. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, external consultants and third‑party contractors while maintaining alignment with corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives, plan, execute and finalize IT projects in line with business requirements.
• Manage and coordinate activities of consultants, contractors and statutory authorities throughout design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and hand‑over phases.
• Lead the project team, assign duties, and oversee site mobilisation and demobilisation.
• Conduct design reviews and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop, share and enforce compliance with detailed project plans to ensure profitability and desired outcomes.
• Analyse business needs, draft business cases and coordinate with corporate and IT departments to identify suitable digital solutions.
• Monitor project progress, report status and control costs, timelines and scope.

Required profile

• Finance background with proven experience in IT project delivery.
• Fluent Arabic speaker.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and third‑party contractors.
