IT Support Engineer – End User & Systems

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team in Qatar. You will provide first‑ and second‑level technical assistance, maintain IT services, and ensure smooth daily operations for end‑users and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first and second‑level support for end‑users and IT services.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, system and network connectivity issues.
• Perform routine system administration, maintenance and monitoring tasks.
• Support deployments, upgrades, configurations and testing of IT systems.
• Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles and service records.
• Escalate complex incidents to senior technical teams when needed.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures and service‑management processes.
• Provide high‑quality customer service and uphold service standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT or technical support.
• Experience supporting end‑user devices, applications and infrastructure.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Fundamentals/Associate, Cisco CCNA are a plus.
