IT Team Leader

About the role

The IT Team Leader will oversee daily IT operations and support the technology needs of TAM Holding Group. Based on-site in Lusail, this full‑time role leads an IT support team, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and reliable, secure systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the performance of the IT support team.
• Assign tasks, prioritize work, and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
• Coordinate hardware and software maintenance, system updates, and network reliability.
• Troubleshoot complex IT problems and escalate when necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve systems, processes, and user experience.
• Contribute to planning and implementing IT projects aligned with business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in information technology, including systems, networks, and applications.
• Proficiency in technical support and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and management within an IT environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work under time constraints.
• Relevant degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in IT project management, documentation, and best practices is an advantage.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and data protection standards is beneficial.
