Junior Procurement Officer / Buyer

About the role

Al Waha Cars is looking for a motivated Junior Procurement Officer / Buyer in Doha, Qatar. The role will support end‑to‑end sourcing, RFQ management, quotation analysis, supplier coordination, purchase orders, vendor records, procurement reporting, logistics coordination, and delivery follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end sourcing of automotive parts and services.
• Managing Request for Quotations (RFQs) and collecting supplier bids.
• Analyzing quotations to select cost‑effective options.
• Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Issuing and tracking purchase orders.
• Maintaining vendor records and procurement documentation.
• Preparing procurement reports for management.
• Coordinating logistics and follow‑up on deliveries.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Experience in the automotive industry (advantageous).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle (advantageous).
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Based in Qatar or willing to relocate.
