Landscape Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day maintenance and operations of multiple sites across Qatar. Reporting to senior facilities management, you will lead a diverse team to ensure high‑quality soft landscaping, irrigation, turf and horticultural services that meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily landscape maintenance and operations across several locations.
• Lead and supervise landscape teams, including supervisors, technicians, gardeners and subcontractors.
• Ensure standards for soft landscaping, irrigation, turf, planting and horticultural upkeep.
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment and daily work schedules.
• Monitor preventive maintenance and guarantee timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct site inspections to uphold quality, safety and client requirements.
• Oversee landscape projects, seasonal planting, pruning, fertilisation and pest‑control activities.
• Coordinate with clients, facilities‑management teams, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare operational reports, manpower plans and performance updates.
• Control costs and optimise resource utilisation.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Agriculture or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in landscape maintenance, preferably within Qatar or the GCC.
• Proven track record in facilities‑management operations and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, horticulture, turf management and soft landscaping.
• GCC experience highly preferred; Qatar driving licence is an advantage.
