Landscaping Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

An established facilities management company is seeking a Landscaping Maintenance Supervisor to lead landscape maintenance across its commercial properties in Doha. You will coordinate daily activities, ensure high-quality standards, and uphold health, safety and environmental requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise landscaping technicians and gardeners.
• Plan and schedule daily maintenance tasks.
• Inspect irrigation systems, lawns, trees and planting areas.
• Monitor pest, weed and plant health issues.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of landscaping equipment.
• Maintain quality standards across all landscaped areas.
• Coordinate material and equipment requirements.
• Prepare maintenance reports and work schedules.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of landscaping maintenance experience.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Good understanding of irrigation systems.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple teams.
• Qatar Driving Licence (preferred).
• Relevant safety certification (preferred).
