Laundry Associate

About the role

Join Rosewood Doha’s hospitality team as a Laundry Associate, responsible for delivering pristine laundry services that meet the brand’s ultra‑luxury standards. You will work in a dynamic environment, ensuring every guest’s linens and garments are handled with meticulous care.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of departmental policies, service procedures and brand standards.
• Ensure daily compliance with LQA and Rosewood brand standards.
• Operate ironing and folding machines according to specifications.
• Inspect cleaned articles for stains or damage and separate any compromised items.
• Fold, sort and stack cleaned articles by type and size for distribution.

Required profile

• Familiarity with hotel laundry operations and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely.
• Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
• Commitment to maintaining superior cleanliness and presentation.
