Lead Process Improvement Engineer – Facility Management

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Process Improvement Engineer to drive operational excellence across our Facility Management services. The role combines on‑site assessments, data‑driven analysis and cross‑functional collaboration to close performance gaps, optimise costs and ensure compliance with contractual and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits and operational assessments to compare reported performance with actual conditions.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, propose and implement corrective actions.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects, analysing workflows and applying Lean, Six Sigma, TQM and other methodologies.
• Perform root‑cause analysis for recurring failures and oversee corrective‑preventive action plans.
• Run quality, audit and compliance checks, ensuring adherence to ISO standards and FM best practices.
• Review and optimise SLA and KPI frameworks, produce dashboards and performance reports for management.
• Support budgeting, cost‑structure reviews and commercial estimation activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading process‑improvement initiatives within Facility Management or related sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with site teams, clients and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously in a field‑driven environment.
