Lead Sponsorships & CSR Officer

About the role

You will ensure that each sponsorship and CSR initiative undertaken delivers the best possible return for the airline while exploring new opportunities that align with the core objectives and strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to formulating and executing the long‑term and mid‑term global Sponsorship & CSR strategy aligned with the overall communications strategy.
• Develop effective initiatives to expand and enhance the QR brand globally.
• Evaluate all potential sponsorship and CSR opportunities, assess threats, and provide recommendations.
• Contribute to the planning of the annual sponsorship and CSR budget.
• Implement an effective execution plan with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure QR branding is prominent and consistent across all sponsorship and CSR activities.
• Support the Manager of Sponsorships and CSR in communicating the strategy and managing ongoing programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum seven years of relevant experience.
• Strong project management background.
• Experience managing agency relationships.
• Travel or airline industry experience is highly regarded.
