Learning Experience Manager

About the role

The Learning Experience Manager will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of innovative learning experiences across Qatar Airways Group. The role oversees the learning technology stack, learning administration and project teams, ensuring initiatives are learner‑centric, scalable and aligned with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a learner‑centric strategy aligned with Qatar Airways’ business goals.
• Set strategic direction for learning operations, including scheduling, logistics and learner support.
• Promote innovation in learning experience design by integrating emerging technologies and methodologies.
• Oversee the learning portfolio through PMO governance, establishing prioritization, reporting and review cycles.
• Lead vendor and partner management for learning services, establishing selection criteria and performance metrics.
• Optimize use of learning resources such as LXP, LMS, Udemy and HMM Spark through change management.
• Manage learning‑related contracts and service agreements in collaboration with legal and procurement teams.
• Oversee the learning budget and resource allocation, forecasting needs and tracking expenditures.
• Drive implementation of learning technologies and platforms, ensuring user adoption.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of learning programs with instructional designers, facilitators and business units.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading learning design, delivery and continuous improvement in a large organization.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to collaborate with senior leaders to translate priorities into programs.
• Demonstrated capability in managing budgets, contracts and vendor relationships.
• Experience applying PMO governance frameworks to learning portfolios.
• Ability to champion digital learning tools and drive adoption across a diverse workforce.
