About the role
Engage Selection is partnering with a multinational law firm to recruit a Junior Legal Associate who will support local litigation and arbitration matters across key sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior lawyers in preparing and managing litigation and arbitration cases.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and arbitration submissions.
- Liaise with clients and external counsel on construction, employment, oil & gas, and project‑management & engineering disputes.
- Maintain case files, evidence logs, and court/arbitration calendars.
- Support the team in compliance checks and regulatory filings relevant to the Middle East jurisdiction.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
- 2‑5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in one of the listed sectors, preferably within the Middle East.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with preparing litigation and arbitration documentation.
- Prior experience working in the Middle East is advantageous.
