Litigation Associate – Doha

About the role

We are seeking a Litigation Associate to join an established legal practice in Doha. The role is ideal for a disputes lawyer with 3‑5 years of experience who wants to develop their practice within a busy litigation team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare correspondence and legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, applications and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research, assist with preparation for hearings and legal proceedings, and support senior lawyers.
• Analyse legal issues, develop solutions for clients and support negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior associates, paralegals, trainees and clients to ensure effective case progression.
• Maintain accurate and organised client files and keep case information up to date.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of general litigation experience in a law firm or legal practice.
• Middle East experience, preferably with exposure to GCC courts.
• Strong legal knowledge with ability to understand complex matters and conduct effective research.
• Fluent Arabic speaker with a good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple matters, organise competing priorities and work independently or collaboratively under pressure.
