Manager Sponsorships & CSR

About the role

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Manager Sponsorships & CSR will lead the airline’s sponsorship and corporate social responsibility programmes, ensuring they deliver maximum value and align with the company’s strategic objectives. The role involves shaping strategy, managing budgets and driving execution across global initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the long‑term and mid‑term global Sponsorship & CSR strategy in line with the overall communications plan.
• Plan and manage the annual Sponsorships & CSR budget and oversee its execution.
• Identify, evaluate and negotiate new and existing sponsorship and CSR opportunities that support core business goals.
• Lead special projects, creating project plans, assigning tasks and ensuring timely delivery.
• Communicate programme status and results to senior management and stakeholders, building strong collaborative relationships.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• At least nine years of relevant experience in sponsorship, CSR or international marketing.
• Proven team‑management, coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Experience working both in‑house and with agencies, including negotiation of sponsorship contracts.
• Strong background in product and brand management within a global context.
