Managing General Partner – Early Stage Venture Capital

About the role

We are seeking a Managing General Partner to lead the creation of a new early‑stage venture capital fund focused on AI‑first and category‑creating startups. The role combines fund‑raising, portfolio management, and hands‑on scaling of portfolio companies from idea to IPO.

Key responsibilities

• Raise a new venture fund and secure co‑investment commitments from limited partners.
• Source, evaluate, and close investments in automotive in‑cabin, health & longevity AI, and digital fashion & beauty platforms.
• Develop innovative cooperation models to accelerate portfolio company growth.
• Provide strategic guidance and operational support to portfolio companies, aiming for market‑leading IRRs and successful exits.
• Leverage a global network to create new market segments and categories.

Required profile

• Proven track record of raising a venture fund and delivering successful exits.
• Deep industry expertise in AI‑driven sectors and strong understanding of market dynamics.
• Ability to co‑invest alongside LPs (“skin in the game”).
• Exceptional analytical skills for rigorous strategic and financial analysis.
• Ambition to scale portfolio companies to IPO level.
