Marketing Project Manager

About the role

The Marketing Project Manager oversees the day‑to‑day operational flow of the Marketing & Communications department, ensuring that work is planned, prioritized, assigned and delivered on time. Acting as the operational hub, the role connects brand managers, shared services teams, external agencies and business stakeholders to maintain visibility and efficient resource allocation.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end marketing workflow across all brands, reviewing incoming requests, validating briefs and prioritising projects based on business objectives.
• Allocate work to internal teams and external agencies according to capacity, expertise and deadlines, maintaining full visibility of active projects.
• Develop and maintain department‑wide resource plans for designers, copywriters, videographers, digital specialists and agencies, monitoring workloads to prevent bottlenecks.
• Facilitate project kick‑offs, coordinate dependencies across teams, monitor milestones and proactively escalate risks.
• Establish and enforce marketing workflows, operating procedures and service‑level expectations, driving continuous operational improvement.
• Support implementation and adoption of marketing technology and project‑management tools, documenting processes and templates.

Required profile

• Experience overseeing operational flow within a Marketing & Communications environment.
• Proven ability to manage workflow, resource planning and project coordination across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with brand managers, shared services teams and external agencies.
• Capability to lead a Marketing Specialist and adapt team structure as the portfolio evolves.
