Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing, communications, public relations, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. The role will help strengthen brand visibility, manage communication channels, develop compelling content, and support events and promotional campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Execute integrated marketing and communication campaigns.
• Develop and maintain marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Manage website content, digital platforms, and social media channels.
• Coordinate newsletters, announcements, and stakeholder communications.
• Support public relations activities and media engagement initiatives.
• Assist in planning and promoting events, conferences, and industry engagements.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or digital marketing.
• Strong content writing and copywriting skills.
• Experience managing social media and digital campaigns.
• Knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Preferred: experience supporting corporate events and stakeholder engagement activities; familiarity with CRM, email marketing, and content management platforms; graphic design or multimedia content experience is an advantage.
