Mason – Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Mason will support the Engineering & Facilities team at The Ritz‑Carlton Doha, handling guest repair requests and maintaining the property’s masonry elements within a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest repair requests and communicate solutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment used for masonry work.
• Conduct routine inspections and repairs of stone, brick, and concrete structures.
• Assist with minor construction, renovation, and refurbishment tasks.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and hotel quality expectations.

Required profile

• Prior experience in masonry or related construction work.
• Ability to interact courteously and effectively with hotel guests.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality workmanship.
• Willingness to work in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Basic understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
