Mechanical Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to lead subcontracted construction activities for a Desalination/RO plant project. The role involves overseeing mechanical, piping, equipment installation and GRE/GRP works while ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality, health, safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all mechanical and piping works on site.
• Manage equipment installation and GRE/GRP fabrication activities.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Monitor schedule progress and resolve any delays.
• Collaborate with the main contractor and client to align construction activities.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and site manpower allocation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience in the GCC.
• Proven background in oil & gas and desalination/RO plant construction.
• Extensive experience managing mechanical and piping works on large‑scale projects.
