Mechanical Supervisor – Oil & Gas Shutdown Project

About the role

The Mechanical Supervisor will lead mechanical shutdown activities for an oil & gas project in Doha. You will coordinate site personnel, ensure compliance with safety standards, and drive timely completion of all mechanical tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor mechanical shutdown operations on site.
• Coordinate workforce and subcontractors to meet project schedules.
• Ensure all activities comply with HSE regulations and company policies.
• Report progress, issues, and corrective actions to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in oil & gas or shutdown projects.
• Proven experience supervising mechanical activities.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and shutdown procedures.
• Effective site coordination and workforce management skills.
• Relevant technical qualification (e.g., diploma in mechanical engineering or related field).
