MEP Supervisor

About the role

AtkinsRealis is looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor to lead the mechanical, electrical and plumbing installation, maintenance and commissioning activities on projects in Doha. You will ensure that all works meet project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations and schedule commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate MEP installation, maintenance and commissioning.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team, organise periodical coordination meetings with other trades.
• Prepare early design concepts, mechanical space requirements, design drawings and calculations.
• Produce technical reports, contractual documents and review sub‑mittals, shop drawings and contractor bids.
• Apply engineering judgement to determine solutions and introduce digital ideas to improve efficiency.
• Mentor junior staff and potentially take on formal line‑management responsibilities.

Required profile

• 7 to 12 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably on MENA projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire‑fighting systems and pumping stations.
• Proven ability to produce design documentation, calculations and hydraulic analyses.
• Familiarity with national and international codes and standards for MEP works.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present technical information to diverse audiences.
