Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer – Azure AI

About the role

HyperThink Systems is seeking a Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer to lead AI‑driven transformation for a major energy‑sector client in Qatar. You will design, build and deploy intelligent Copilot agents that integrate with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and Azure services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and launch enterprise Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Create conversational AI solutions and integrate them with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Microsoft 365 suite.
• Connect enterprise systems via APIs, connectors and Azure AI services.
• Develop prompts, grounding strategies, knowledge sources and AI workflows, applying RAG and generative AI techniques.
• Implement AI governance, security and compliance practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and SMEs to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Test, troubleshoot, optimise and document all Copilot implementations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and at least 7 years total in enterprise AI or related fields.
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and manage complex technical projects.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
