Middle East HR Risk & Employee Relations COE Manager

About the role

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Middle East HR Risk & Employee Relations Center of Excellence (COE) Manager for a 12‑14 month temporary assignment. The role will shape the HR risk and employee relations framework across the region, advising senior leaders and driving high‑impact initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies related to employee relations, workplace conduct and risk management.
• Lead and oversee employee relations investigations, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to HR services, business leaders and employees on complex workplace matters.
• Maintain up‑to‑date case data in regional tools, document conversations and produce high‑quality reports.
• Analyze trends and data insights from ER cases, providing strategic recommendations and measurable interventions.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance and HR teams to proactively address potential risks and enhance employee experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution, including handling sensitive investigations.
• Strong subject‑matter expertise in ER matters and ability to advise senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to identify workplace issues early and implement preventive measures.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret case data and develop strategic recommendations.
