Middle Salesforce Engineer II

About the role

We are looking for a Middle Salesforce Engineer II to own the architecture, customization, and maintenance of our Salesforce platform. You will work closely with operations, sales, support, and marketing teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions that power our Super App ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including case management workflows, automation rules, and custom Apex code.
• Build and sustain APIs and integrations between Salesforce and internal systems such as chat platforms, CRMs, and data warehouses.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to align technical implementations with operational goals.
• Enforce data governance, access control, and user‑role strategies across the Salesforce instance.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement automation using Flow Builder and Apex triggers.
• Troubleshoot system issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of customizations and business logic.
• Mentor junior Salesforce admins and developers as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required) and Platform Developer II (preferred).
• Proven experience building custom objects, workflows, validation rules, triggers, and advanced automation.
• Strong understanding of user management, permission sets, role hierarchies, and data sharing models.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, SFDX, CI/CD pipelines) and Agile development environments.
