Multi-Property Accommodation Manager

About the role

The Multi-Property Accommodation Manager reports to the Director of Human Resources and is responsible for overseeing staff dormitory operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance with dormitory policies.

Key responsibilities

• Assign rooms to staff on check‑in day based on dormitory enrollment requests and issue linen and keys.
• Complete staff check‑out clearance, maintain records, and report any follow‑up actions to HR.
• Inspect dormitory public areas and staff rooms daily, schedule regular cleanliness inspections, and address issues promptly.
• Coordinate with contractors for pest control, fire‑equipment checks, and electrical facility maintenance, keeping all records per policy.
• Implement dormitory rules, visitor policy, and disciplinary procedures, reporting special cases to the HR Director.
• Maintain room key copies, inventory of dormitory items, and weekly updates of the rooming list for HR.
• Assist with linen purchase/replacement planning, liaise with laundry services, and ensure adequate stock of supplies.
• Support HR activities by soliciting employee feedback, participating in progressive discipline, and communicating relevant information to supervisors and executives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of experience in human resources, management operations, or a related professional area.
• Or an associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
