MYP Visual Arts Teacher – Doha

About the role

The school is seeking a dedicated MYP Visual Arts Teacher to deliver the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme in Doha. The role requires a student‑centred approach, delivering a bilingual curriculum that supports both Arabic and Spanish speakers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess Visual Arts lessons for MYP students.
• Develop and adapt curriculum resources to meet IB standards.
• Foster a creative and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate visual arts across the broader curriculum.
• Participate in school events, exhibitions and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts or a related field.
• PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Basic proficiency in Spanish and Arabic is advantageous.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience; experience in an IB school is a plus but not mandatory.
• Commitment to a student‑centred teaching philosophy.
