Network Security Manager

About the role

The Network Security Manager will lead security initiatives for Gadget Express across Doha and outstations, ensuring compliance with regulatory directives and company policies. You will work closely with senior management to protect the organization’s network assets and support operational security.

Key responsibilities

• Provide security guidance and support to the Senior Manager IOC.
• Interpret regulatory and company directives, both written and verbal, to keep security documentation current.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement enhanced security measures in Doha and at outstations.
• Participate in BAT and ROS assessments for crew members.
• Prepare investigation reports and present recommendations to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, security, threat and risk management, or a related field.
• Relevant qualifications in security, investigation, or risk assessment.
• Strong experience in aviation operational security is highly desired.
• Good working knowledge of general security operational requirements.
• Ability to communicate, influence, and maintain dialogue with managers and staff at all levels.
• Understanding of airport and airline operations and their security needs.
• Proven ability to delegate work, set clear direction, and manage workflow.
• Strong mentoring and coaching capabilities.
