Odoo Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to join Enbat Group’s Qatar team. The role involves designing, customizing and maintaining Odoo ERP modules that support manufacturing, inventory, finance, procurement, sales, POS and food‑and‑beverage operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customize and maintain Odoo modules across multiple business functions.
• Design scalable solutions following Odoo best practices and coding standards.
• Create complex workflows, automations, custom reports and integrations.
• Customize backend and frontend components using OWL, JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS and Bootstrap.
• Integrate Odoo with third‑party applications, payment gateways, APIs and external platforms.
• Optimize system performance, database efficiency and application scalability.
• Conduct technical analysis, troubleshoot issues and provide sustainable solutions.
• Participate in ERP implementation, data migration, system upgrades and process improvements.
• Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of professional experience developing on the Odoo platform.
• Proven ability to work independently and understand business requirements.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, inventory, finance, procurement, sales, POS and F&B domains.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in Odoo framework and architecture (Community and Enterprise editions).
• Advanced proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL.
• Solid experience with JavaScript, OWL framework, XML, HTML, CSS and Bootstrap.
• Experience with REST APIs, web services and third‑party integrations.
• Knowledge of Linux environments, Git version control and Docker containerisation.
