Offshore Completion and Well Intervention Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Completion and Well Intervention Supervisor to lead and coordinate completion, workover and well‑intervention activities on offshore platforms. The role ensures that all operations are carried out safely, efficiently and in line with approved programs, company procedures and HSE requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise rig‑based completion and workover operations as well as rig‑less well‑intervention activities such as Slickline, E‑Line and Coiled Tubing.
• Coordinate offshore service companies, personnel, equipment and materials required for each operation.
• Collaborate closely with Completion, Workover, Well Intervention, Drilling, Production and HSE teams.
• Lead PTW, JRA, toolbox talks and pre‑job safety meetings.
• Monitor contractor performance to ensure safe, efficient and cost‑effective execution.
• Prepare and maintain operational programs, offshore instructions, material requests, tallies and daily reports.
• Ensure mobilisation, tracking and back‑loading of equipment and materials as planned.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of oil & gas experience, including at least 8 years offshore.
• Extensive background in Completion, Workover and Well Intervention operations.
• Strong HSE awareness and proven offshore leadership.
• Valid IWCF Level 4 Well Intervention/Drilling, T‑BOSIET and H₂S certifications.
