Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant to join our IT Enterprise Solutions team at our headquarters in Doha. The role combines hands-on development with deep functional knowledge of HR and payroll processes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with payroll teams during monthly cycles to ensure zero‑downtime and rapid issue resolution.
• Maintain Oracle HRMS (R12.2.X) and custom applications using OAF, XML Publisher, and Fast Formula.
• Ensure seamless data integration between HRMS, Finance, SCM, and third‑party systems.
• Guarantee that all developments comply with data security and corporate governance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum five years of techno‑functional experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.X HRMS (Core HR, Payroll, OTL).
• Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with the Qatar/GCC work environment is a plus.

Required skills

• Oracle HRMS functional expertise (Core HR, Payroll, OTL).
• Advanced PL/SQL programming and troubleshooting.
• Oracle Application Framework (OAF) development.
• Oracle Workflow customization and maintenance.
