Oracle Functional Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an Oracle Functional Consultant to lead the functional side of Oracle Fusion SCM for procurement, sourcing, supplier portal and inventory. The role supports Es'hailSat’s acquisition of satellite infrastructure components, services and operating supplies, ensuring smooth end‑to‑end procurement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 functional support across Procurement, Self‑Service Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Inventory and Cost Management.
• Maintain procurement business unit setup, approval hierarchies, document styles and supplier master data.
• Resolve purchase order, requisition, receipt and invoice match exceptions.
• Manage supplier onboarding, portal issues and support sourcing events.
• Support inventory transactions, cycle counts and integration with Financials cost accounting.
• Coordinate procurement‑to‑pay issue resolution with finance consultants.
• Drive quarterly release readiness, coordinate UAT and ensure system stability.
• Build and maintain OTBI/BIP reports and dashboards for procurement analytics.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules (Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Inventory, Cost Management).
• Strong knowledge of procurement approval hierarchies (BPM), document styles and delivery preferences.
• Hands‑on experience with FBDI, ADFdi, OTBI and BIP for SCM reporting.
• Working knowledge of Oracle PaaS extensions, including OIC integrations, VBCS and APEX.
• Familiarity with Redwood SCM pages and Redwood Procurement.
• Experience in capital procurement for infrastructure‑heavy industries such as telecom, satellite or utilities is preferred.
• Oracle Fusion SCM certification (current release) is an advantage.
