Outlet Manager

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Outlet Manager to lead one of our Food & Beverage venues at City Centre Rotana, Doha. You will be responsible for delivering top‑quality service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and meeting financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare employee schedules based on forecasts while staying within staffing guidelines.
• Conduct regular training sessions aligned with departmental SOPs.
• Evaluate team performance, drive internal development and manage promotions.
• Oversee timely set‑up of the outlet according to meal settings and opening hours.
• Welcome and seat guests with the assistance of the hostess, maintaining a professional and friendly atmosphere.
• Maintain and update a database of regular guests.
• Tour the outlet and related areas frequently to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Participate actively in promotional activities for the outlet.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar Food & Beverage management role.
• Computer literate with strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
