People & Culture Executive

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and service‑oriented People & Culture Executive to support day‑to‑day HR operations for our Waterpark and Theme Park teams at Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily People & Culture activities, maintain employee records, and prepare HR documentation such as contracts and certificates.
• Administer payroll using the Oasys system, process monthly inputs, reconcile data, and coordinate with Finance to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and leave, ensuring timely updates and compliance with attendance policies.
• Support recruitment and onboarding for operational and support functions, handling interviews, offers, and documentation.
• Act as first point of contact for employee queries, assist in disciplinary procedures, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience in a Waterpark, Theme Park, large‑scale resort or high‑volume hospitality operation.
• Hands‑on experience with the Oasys payroll system and strong knowledge of payroll inputs, attendance and leave management.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, and strong communication and organizational abilities.
