Pest Control Supervisor

About the role

Qureos Inc, a leading facilities management company, is seeking an experienced Pest Control Supervisor to lead its integrated pest management operations in Doha. You will oversee a team of technicians, ensure safe pesticide use, and maintain compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise pest control teams and coordinate daily activities.
• Plan inspection and treatment schedules across client sites.
• Ensure safe application of pesticides and chemicals.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and maintain treatment records.
• Guarantee compliance with Qatar’s environmental and health regulations.
• Train technicians on safe working practices and IPM techniques.
• Liaise with clients to report activities and address concerns.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pest control operations.
• Proven supervisory experience within pest management.
• Strong knowledge of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles.
• Good understanding of chemical handling procedures.
• Relevant pest control certification or licence.
• Health & Safety certification preferred.
• Valid Qatar driving licence.
