Pharmacy Storekeeper

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and efficient Pharmacy Storekeeper to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and organizing our pharmacy's inventory, ensuring proper storage and handling of medications and medical supplies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of pharmacy inventory using specialized management systems.
• Receive, unpack and store incoming pharmaceutical supplies and medications.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders to prevent shortages.
• Ensure proper storage conditions, including temperature‑sensitive items.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to fulfill medication requests.
• Prepare and process paperwork for returns, recalls and expired medications.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining quality‑control procedures and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Pharmacy Technician certification preferred.
• 2‑3 years of experience in pharmacy or healthcare inventory management.
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceuticals, including drug classifications.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical storage requirements and regulations.
• Physical capability to lift and move boxes of supplies as needed.
