Planning Engineer – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join our team in Doha and support the delivery of large‑scale infrastructure projects. The role involves creating and maintaining detailed schedules, monitoring progress, and providing executive‑level reporting to ensure projects stay on track.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress against baseline programmes and identify schedule risks.
• Produce executive dashboards and regular progress reports.
• Forecast completion dates and prepare delay analysis and recovery plans.
• Support project controls, capital investment planning, and coordinate schedule reviews with stakeholders.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure accurate reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of planning experience on major infrastructure or utilities projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities, with experience producing executive‑level reports.
• Good knowledge of project controls and scheduling best practices.
