Procurement Officer (Temporary – 3 Months)

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Officer on a three‑month temporary contract to support our procurement operations for MEP, civil and facilities‑management projects. The role will be based onsite and will involve end‑to‑end sourcing, vendor coordination and purchase order management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs and source suitable suppliers.
• Manage vendor relationships, coordinate supplier activities and develop new sources.
• Evaluate technical specifications, BOQ and commercial offers for MEP, civil and FM materials.
• Conduct cost analysis, negotiate terms and ensure compliance with contracts and AMC agreements.
• Handle purchase requisition to purchase order (PR/PO) processes using ERP/SAP.
• Address urgent procurement issues and provide problem‑solving support.
