Product Designer (UX/UI)

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered platform that streamlines every aspect of short‑term rental management. We are looking for an ambitious UX/UI Product Designer to turn complex operational workflows into simple, beautiful experiences for property managers, operational teams, and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design process from problem definition and user research through prototypes, final interfaces, and implementation reviews.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs accommodate real data, edge cases, and technical constraints.
• Design dashboards, workflows, AI interaction panels, onboarding flows, and guest booking journeys.
• Build and maintain a reusable design system with consistent components and interaction patterns.
• Test ideas early, gather feedback, and iterate on experiences after launch.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and high‑quality visual design.
• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards, or applications with complex workflows.
• Excellent judgement in typography, spacing, hierarchy, colour, and responsive design.
• Proven ability to simplify complex information while preserving necessary details.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset when working with engineers and stakeholders.
