Production Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day manufacturing operations for fire‑rated and non‑fire‑rated doors, windows, cabinets and related hardware at our Qatar facility.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet targets, schedules and quality standards.
• Manage production teams, including manpower allocation, attendance, productivity and performance monitoring.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
• Monitor raw material, tool and equipment availability and address delays, quality issues or shortages.
• Coordinate with Production Planning, Engineering, Quality Control, Procurement, Warehouse and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular inspections, enforce HSE procedures and maintain workplace organization.
• Prepare daily/weekly production reports covering output, downtime, wastage and issues.
• Train, guide and motivate staff to improve productivity, quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or Production Management.
• 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in doors, windows, steel fabrication or fire‑rated products.
• Proven experience supervising shop‑floor teams and managing production schedules.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Current residence in Qatar with a valid QID preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience using production or ERP systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and HSE requirements.
