Programme Delivery Director - Technology

About the role

We are seeking a Programme Delivery Director – Technology to lead large‑scale client engagements in Doha. The role combines strategic oversight with deep technical expertise to ensure complex programs are delivered on time, within budget, and generate measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of technology programmes from initiation through completion, adhering to EPAM standards.
• Manage client relationships at project, programme and governance levels to secure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks to maintain delivery quality and achieve programme objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed delivery plans, proposals and statements of work.
• Oversee multiple activity streams, ensuring alignment with SDLC and IT service‑management processes.
• Take ownership of financial, sourcing, implementation and compliance outcomes.
• Coordinate multi‑disciplinary, geographically dispersed teams to manage estimates, roadmaps and retrospectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience leading large, complex, multi‑team programmes (100+ FTE, multi‑year) in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise‑level digital transformation programmes with budgets exceeding $10 M annually.
• Strong ability to engage in architectural and technical discussions with senior stakeholders.
