Project Engineer – Unmanned Systems

About the role

You will be a key contributor in planning, coordinating and delivering complex technical projects that involve Unmanned Autonomous Vehicles (UxV) across aerial, ground and surface platforms, as well as counter‑drone solutions and command‑and‑control software.

Key responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, milestone tracking and technical delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to system design, architecture, integration, testing and validation.
• Assist with field trials, demonstrations, deployment and operational activities.
• Maintain technical documentation, quality, safety and defence standards.
• Manage risk, resolve issues and drive continuous system improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems or Aerospace Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering/project experience, preferably in defence, security or unmanned systems.
• Proven experience in system integration, testing and deployment of complex systems.
• Strong project coordination, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel for field trials and operational support.
