Project Management II – Regional Manager

About the role

The Project Management II – Regional Manager will act as the country project manager in Doha, overseeing all FSR movements, operational issues, and CCIR reporting to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). The role requires close collaboration with support personnel and regular reporting to government leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee FSR movements and resolve operational issues across the region.
• Prepare and submit CCIR reports in the format provided by the government.
• Coordinate with support teams and ensure effective communication with government officials.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and written reports.
• Utilize computer‑based project management tools to track progress and deliverables.
• Plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks while meeting strict timelines.

Required profile

• Active US Government Secret clearance (interim acceptable) and US citizenship.
• Up to 10 years of experience in systems development and engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a military environment.
• At least 5 years of management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% to support the mission.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, or equivalent experience as outlined.
