Project Manager – IT Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and software projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements. This full‑time role is based in Doha and requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and alignment of project outcomes with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage project execution, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate communication between stakeholders.
• Prepare regular project reports for management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, methodologies, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience managing medium to large‑scale IT or software projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Current residence in Qatar.
