Project / Production Manager – Events (Fixed‑term, Qatar)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project / Production Manager to lead a major upcoming event in Qatar. The role involves taking full ownership of planning, coordination and on‑site delivery for a large‑scale live‑event project.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end planning and execution of the event, from concept through to delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, schedules and key milestones.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, contractors, production partners and other stakeholders.
• Oversee all production aspects including logistics, build, technical elements, infrastructure and site operations.
• Manage suppliers and contractors to ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain project documentation, budgets and operational requirements.
• Lead and coordinate teams during planning and execution phases, attending meetings, site visits, rehearsals and event days.
• Support troubleshooting and decision‑making during live delivery and prepare post‑event reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Production Manager or similar role in the events industry.
• Successful delivery of large‑scale live events, exhibitions, conferences or festivals.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience managing suppliers, contractors and third‑party partners.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and solve problems quickly.
• Must be based in Qatar and available for the full contract period (15 Oct 2026 – 15 Feb 2027).
