Proposal Engineering Internship – Electrical Engineering

About the role

Join Siemens in Doha as a Proposal Engineering Intern and support the creation of technical offers for electrical projects. You will work alongside experienced engineers and commercial teams, gaining hands‑on experience in bid management and customer‑focused solution development.

Key responsibilities

• Review customer inquiries, RFQs and RFPs and assist in preparing technical proposals.
• Support the generation of technical drawings, specifications and related documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, project management and logistics teams.
• Prepare compliance matrices, technical submittals and post‑bid clarifications.
• Ensure proposals meet safety standards, engineering codes and submission deadlines.

Required profile

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong academic background with interest in sales engineering and tendering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks in a team environment.
